At the same time, it can effectively prevent the temperature of the CPU/GPU from soaring and avoid performance reduction. 

Graphene composite heat dissipation material: By combining graphene with metals such as aluminum and copper, a high thermal conductivity composite material is formed. This material is used for the back panel or internal heat dissipation layer of mobile phones. Its thermal conductivity is 2-3 times higher than that of traditional materials, effectively solving the overheating problem caused by high power consumption in 5G mobile phones. 

These technologies enable consumer electronics to maintain portability while fully leveraging the performance potential of the chips, thereby enhancing users' gaming and office experiences. 


III. Ensure the stability and reliability of communication equipment and guarantee the continuity of the network. 

The infrastructure such as 5G base stations and optical communication equipment need to operate continuously in outdoor harsh environments (high temperatures, humidity, and dust). The reliability of the cooling system directly affects the network quality. The heat sink industry in Suzhou has developed cooling solutions suitable for extreme environments in response to the special requirements of communication equipment: 

Dust-proof, waterproof and heat-dissipating radiator: It adopts a sealed design with an IP rating of over IP65. This effectively prevents sand and rainwater from entering, ensuring the stability of the base station in desert and coastal areas. 

High-temperature and low-temperature resistant heat dissipation component: Made of weather-resistant materials, it can operate normally within a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃, meeting the requirements of communication equipment in different climate regions.

IV. Promoting the green transformation of the IT industry and contributing to the achievement of the dual carbon goals

Recycling and eco-friendly materials: Utilize recyclable metals such as aluminum and copper to minimize resource waste; at the same time, develop lead-free welding techniques to reduce environmental pollution during the production process. 

These measures not only enhance the energy efficiency of the IT industry, but also drive it towards a green and low-carbon development path, which is in line with the country's sustainable development strategy.
