The uses of industrial ovens

Product Usage: 

Industrial oven: It is used in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, and research institutions for drying, baking, melting wax, and sterilization. 

Box structure: 

The studio is constructed using high-quality steel plates or stainless steel plates. 

2. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller features dual digital display for setting and measuring temperatures, as well as functions such as timing, power suppression and self-tuning. It ensures precise and reliable temperature control. 

3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and ducts, ensuring uniform temperature throughout the working area.

Power supply voltage: 380V (three-phase four-wire), 50Hz. 

Studio materials: SUS stainless steel sheet. 

Shell material: A3 cold plate, surface treated with paint. 

Temperature uniformity: ±4℃ (for no-load debugging). 

Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃. 

Working temperature: Room temperature to 250℃, adjustable as needed. 

Temperature control method: PID dual digital display intelligent temperature control, with LED digital display of set value and actual temperature, and SSR solid-state output. 

Heating device ► Stainless steel electric heating tubes, installed in the air ducts on both sides of the working chamber. 

Heating power: 21KW. 

Air supply method: High-pressure forced air supply (double air ducts). 

Blower device: 1100W long shaft high-temperature resistant oven motor and oven-specific multi-blade steel centrifugal fan wheel. 

Timer device ► Constant temperature and timed operation from 1 second to 99.9 hours. The timing method can be selected. When the time is up, the heating will be automatically cut off and an alarm will sound. 

Factory accessories: One vehicle, one set of guide rails (customers can choose). 

Optional accessories: 1. Number of vehicles 2. Optional stainless steel mesh plates and trays can be added.
